Nikhil had been a banker for more than two decades and worked across banks like Standard Chartered, ABN AMRO, and RBS, where he held leadership positions in wealth management and relationship banking.

He turned entrepreneur a few years ago and runs an executive search firm, Whiteboard Finserv, for BFSI clients, and also manages a wealth management firm, Fidelis Finserv.

Nikhil is also on the board of a Mumbai-based non-profit, Apne Aap Women’s Collective (aawc.in).
